Canada Street

Situated across the river from Canary Wharf, this project was a mixed-use development delivering student and residential accommodation alongside commercial space.

OCC were contracted to carry out all externals works for the project including:

• coloured tarmac footpaths
• silver granite flag footpaths
• permeable MUGA pitch
• a 1500m2 yellow granite thoroughfare
• resin bound tree pits

We also delivered the S278 works to Southwark Council’s exacting standards which comprised replacing the existing 250m public footpath around the scheme with new granite paving flags and two new vehicle crossovers.
