St Andrew the Apostle School

As part of the regeneration of the North London Business Park, a new secondary school will be provided in the from of St Andrews the Apostle Greek Orthodox School.

The project will feature a new five-storey teaching block including a basement car park, a new sports hall, a new 4G outdoor pitch and landscaping to tie it all together.

OCC were contracted to carry out the groundworks package for the project, from enabling works through to external works.

The enabling works included site clearance, sewer diversions and removal of an 8000m3 pond. The project is currently ongoing where we have completed the foundations, drainage and ground floor slab for the sports hall, and we are currently progressing the foundations and retaining structures for the new teaching block.
